Within the research group, knowledge sharing is lacking; members work in silos, reading literature and implementing code independently, resulting in significant redundant work. There is room for improvement in team efficiency. Sharing resources, including literature search summaries, code, and data, can enhance the research group’s learning and working efficiency.
Due to the rapid development of AI technology, the core functions of this tool can now be satisfactorily performed by AI, so I have ceased its development. However, how to improve team collaboration efficiency remains a topic I constantly reflect upon.
